Lore[edit | edit source]
This gnome is ostensibly a maker of Annoy-o-Trons. She may even be the original creator of the constructs, in which case she would presumably be the same inventor as the one mentioned in Annoy-o-Tron's flavor text. This is further supported by Giggling Inventor's flavor text appearing to be a description of the original creation of Annoy-o-Tron. She's also very likely the creator of 
Sir Annoy-O, as the two have very similar flavor texts.
